Hi, and thank you for having a look around here :)
After three years working in the Consumer Insights field -during which I had the opportunity to tackle innovative methodologies using behavioral sciences and Design Thinking- in 2020 I took over the challenge to learn UX design.
Why?
Because these two fields overlap with each other, in a world where most of the business is made online, a consumer is now a user and vice versa. In the end of the day, learning about UX is a new way to do what I love and strongly believe in -while capitalizing on my previous experience in research-: listening, observing, empathizing in order to offer the most suitable product for the human being that will use it.
During my UX bootcamp, I had the opportunity to work on several projects that involved a large part of user research. I had a great time working on them, and I hope you will too while reading about them!
